Mint condition antique ruby ring. Gem 0.65ct natural intense red Siamese old cushion cut ruby surrounded by a row of old cut diamonds (2.40cts) and trefoil of old cut diamond shoulders. Head size 10mm x 18mm. Cut out design detail to shoulders. All set in 8ct yellow gold. English circa 1880. Currently finger size M1/2 (U.S 6.5)
