Emerald cut sapphire weighing approximately 2cts in a millgrain setting surrounded by a row diamonds in a cut corner head (0.50ct) 13mm x 11mm. Very low profile to the finger. Hall marked 18ct and platinum. English circa 1890. Currently finger size M (U.S 6.25)
