Two flowers encrusted with 9cts of old mine cut diamonds surrounded by beautiful naturalistic leaves. Originally part of a tiara as it has a on screw, also flowers are detachable (would have had earring and aigrette fittings) There is additional floral engraving to the back of the flower buds, and numbers 5 & 6.
